ApexRider — Privacy Policy

Effective October 12, 2026

Who This Covers

This policy applies to ApexRider, a motorcycle cockpit, route and garage app, published by Jent Innovations. Other Jent Innovations apps have their own policies.

What We Collect

Jent Innovations does not collect, sell or share your personal information through ApexRider. The app has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics SDK, and no tracking across other apps or websites.

What Stays on Your Device

This data is kept in the app's private storage. Deleting the app removes it. It may be included in your own iCloud or computer backups under your device settings.

Permissions

ApexRider may ask for the following. Each is optional and you can change it in iOS Settings at any time.

Network Use

To show route weather, ApexRider sends the coordinates of points on your route to the US National Weather Service (api.weather.gov), a US government service, and receives the forecast. No account or identifier is sent. Pack Radar sends your position and speed directly to the phones of riders who have joined your pack, encrypted, without going through any server. If ApexRider detects a possible crash, it prepares a text message with your location; it is sent only if you or someone with your phone taps Send.

Purchases

ApexRider has no purchases or advertising.

Sharing and Export

You can share a PDF service record with the iOS share sheet.

Your Choices

You can delete any data inside the app, revoke permissions in iOS Settings, or delete the app to remove all of its local data. Because we hold no data about you, we cannot look up, export or delete anything on our side.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
