SoloBill — Privacy Policy

Who This Covers

This policy applies to SoloBill, an invoicing app for freelancers and small businesses, published by Jent Innovations. Other Jent Innovations apps have their own policies.

What We Collect

Jent Innovations does not collect, sell or share your personal information through SoloBill. The app has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics SDK, and no tracking across other apps or websites.

What Stays on Your Device

• Clients, invoices, line items and business details you enter
• A logo or photo you choose, if any
• Your settings

This data is kept in the app's private storage. Deleting the app removes it. It may be included in your own iCloud or computer backups under your device settings.

Permissions

SoloBill may ask for the following. Each is optional and you can change it in iOS Settings at any time.

• Photos (optional): you choose individual images with the system photo picker.

Network Use

SoloBill contains no networking code. It does not charge cards or move money. Links such as a payment link you paste into an invoice are opened in your browser only when you tap them.

Purchases

SoloBill has no purchases or advertising.

Sharing and Export

You can export invoices as PDF or CSV with the iOS share sheet. Where they go is your choice.

Your Choices

You can delete any data inside the app, revoke permissions in iOS Settings, or delete the app to remove all of its local data. Because we hold no data about you, we cannot look up, export or delete anything on our side.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
